Reelcase 2027 at Love Acting

In 2026 we had a very successful Reelcase at my Baton Rouge film acting school Love Acting. And in early 2027 it’s happening again, and we can’t wait to work with our actors and help them get great footage for their film acting reels.

Love Acting students will have the option to participate in Reelcase, where screenwriters come in and observe the actors in class and then write short 3-4 minute scenes for them. Then the actors rehearse them in class and we shoot the scenes professionally on set. We have these scenes edited and send them for the student to add to their actors reel, which film actors must have for auditioning & to show their skill set.

We also have a fun Reelcase photoshoot lined up and we’ll premiere these scenes in Baton Rouge and New Orleans in the spring, where we invite film professionals to attend and watch their work. We are so excited for another amazing year.
